Digital politics as a soft power means of India in interaction with Germany

The author analyzes digital politics led by India’s government as well as issues and prospects for India-Germany cooperation on information technologies. In order to meet the current trends in technology development, countries need to invest in expanding the boundaries and capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as set up an economy based on knowledge, innovation technologies and highly qualified experts.
