Application of flexible project management approaches in public administration

The article discusses the possibilities and benefits of using flexible approaches to the management of government projects and programs, the use of Agile approaches. As research methods, an interdisciplinary systematic approach, factor analysis, and comparative analysis were used. The author develops a step-by-step method for implementing flexible management in government projects and programs. The article formulates the main problems of introducing these control technologies and the prospects for their implementation. The author carries out a comprehensive analysis of the current work with state projects and programs.
