Adaptation of organizational structures at the aerospace industry enterprises to design management

In article are provided the analysis of organizational structures of aerospace industry from the point of view of project management application: organizational structures with their advantages and lacks, considered by the management theory, are shown. Following the results of the analysis the key elements of organizational structure necessary for realization the project management at the enterprises of aerospace industry are allocated, and on the basis of these data own organizational structure adapted for projects management is developed.
