Adaptation of the personnel

The article presents a theoretical overview of scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of "personnel adaptation". Interpretations of domestic and foreign researchers of this scientific definition in the chronology of the formation of a scientific concept are analyzed, and distinctive features of a meaningful nature are identified, goals and objectives of adaptation from the position of an employee and an organization are indicated.
