Adaptation of strategic management in the conditions of transformation processes of society

The article reveals a non-standard approach to decision-making regarding the controlled object. The impact on it is then and only then naturally effective when it is minimal. Since the object itself has the property of a given behavior. The formation of a new paradigm of market relations is based on the compatibility of the style of behavior, work in national markets, the nature of communication between politicians, entrepreneurs, civil communities, that is, the creation of a new ethical concept of “mutual complementarity” that will not create confrontation between the north and the south, the east and the west. Using expert methods, for example, marketing, we create a new target advantage for the user – consumer, revealing unlimited opportunities for entrepreneurship. In the case of using game models, the authors offer a non-standard approach combining the historical experience of eastern strategic wars and Western mathematical methods for detecting the binomial criterion of the state of the system. Recommendations are offered for developing an adaptive strategy for the behavior of an economic entity under uncertainty. It is based on a flexible tactical approach to changing the state of the target at a given moment in time, without changing the main course for a mainstreamed result, in combination with the rational use of resources.
