Adaptation of graduates of technical higher education institutions as a factor of economic sovereignty of the Republic of Belarus (by the example of the Belarusian Academy of Communications)

For the first time, a multi-level system of support and development of the general and labor socialization of student youth in the Republic of Belarus was scientifically substantiated. The scientific and methodological aspects of professional adaptation of graduates of technological universities as a factor of the economic sovereignty of Belarus are determined. The innovative experience in the field of labor socialization of student youth of the Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications is revealed. Promising directions for increasing the social potential of young people in the context of deepening the economic integration of the strategic partners of the Republic of Belarus - the Russian Federation, the CIS, the EAEU in the field are revealed.
