Adaptive aspects of social security in conditions of globalization

The article deals with the problems of adaptation in development of transforming society. It is underlined that the theme must be the one of key problems of modern political science, which has to actualize the movement from passive adaptation to construction the system of productive interaction of personality with the environment in order to effective provision the social security.
