Adaptation of winter wheat varieties in the conditions of Volga region and genotype contribution to forming of grain quality

The authors studied the genotype-habitat interrelations on determinants of technological properties of grain. The contribution of the genotype and the factor of habitat to forming of the grain quality of winter wheat was determined. The plasticity and stability of the varieties which are of selectional and technological interest were estimated. It was shown, that the greatest contribution to forming of grain quality makes the factor of «years», the influence of genotype do not proved. It was noted, that the varieties of winter wheat have slight differences in plasticity but they have precise ones in determinants of stability of grain quality.
