The importance of adaptive learning is highlighted in the article. It is justified to use it at the courses of advanced training of pedagogical staff. The basic characteristics of adaptive learning are highlighted and characterized: continuous collection of individual information about each listener, design of personal learning content, personalized tasks, unique support, instantaneous feedback. The modeling of the personal training trajectory is justified. It is lined up for each teacher in the course of advanced training courses and adjusted based on the results of monitoring their progress towards the goal. Parameters of linear, branching and adaptive algorithms of educational process generation are analyzed. A diagram of the rod adaptive elements is constructed. Describes the key tools and systems of adaptive electronic platforms. The focus is on micro-education, motivation, and complex relaxation in conducting courses
