Adaptive coping behavior in a state of neuroticism

The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of psychology - the relationship of neuroticism and coping behavior (coping strategies) of a person. The author analyzes the main scientific ideas about neuroses, factors and mechanisms of their formation. The article discusses the main approaches to the study of coping behavior, the classification of coping strategies, as well as the effectiveness of such forms of behavior in the context of various situations.
