Administrative responsibility of officials for illegal hunting

The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of administrative responsibility of officials for illegal hunting through a comprehensive analysis of scientific and educational literature, international acts, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, materials of judicial practice. The subject of the study is the norms of administrative legislation regulating relations for the protection of wildlife. In addition, the subject of the study was also the materials of judicial practice, which make it possible not only to investigate such a legal phenomenon as the administrative responsibility of officials for illegal hunting, but also to try to solve certain issues of modern domestic law enforcement practice.
