Administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on contract system in public procurement

This article discusses the issues on improving the mechanism of responsibility for violation of legislation on procurement contract system in administrative law, in particular article 7.29 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses. The paper analyzes the approaches to the improvement of the legislation in this regard. The authors developed and presented the original recommendations for improving administrative responsibility in the field of public procurement.
