Administrative-legal regulation of vehicle owners’ compulsory insurance of civil liability as a traffic security measure

The article analyzes the problem of binding the compulsory insurance policy of liability to a driver. The proposed measures are aimed at improving road safety by tracking emergency or accident-free driving. There is an opportunity through the creation of the policy of compulsory third party liability insurance to enter the path of the civilized method of work of insurance companies and to create the foundation for the establishment of a unified database of drivers insured.
