Administrative and legal measures counteraction of corruption in the ATS system

The author discusses the restrictions, bans and duties provided for by the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation and the mechanism for their implementation in the ATS system. The author suggests measures to improve the effectiveness of the above provisions in the form of a uniform order of their implementation, use of the global Internet, the introduction of an anti-corruption obligation for admission to the service in law-enforcement bodies
