Administrative-judicial transformations in Bashkiria as an experience of expansion of the unified legal space of Russia in the first half of the XVIII century

Introduction: in this article, the authors attempted to consider the process of rapprochement of the judicial system and the procedure for managing the country's outskirts, in particular, on the example of the territory of Bashkiria, with the all-Russian and unification of the legal space of Russia in the first half of the XVIII century. Special attention is paid to the views of V.N. Tatishchev on the reorganization of the administrative-judicial and legal systems of Bashkir society. Materials and methods: the legal basis of the study was the legislative acts of the Russian Empire of the 18th century.
