Administrative exclusion as a special type of administrative punishment

The article is devoted to the study of administrative deportation - one of the types of administrative punishment applied to foreign citizens and stateless persons. Administrative expulsion has negative consequences for foreign citizens in the form of a ban on acquiring Russian citizenship, a residence permit, and a temporary residence permit. The essence of administrative expulsion is disclosed in the article, its types are highlighted, the application procedure, as well as its validity period are disclosed. The main ways of canceling administrative expulsion are highlighted: by a court decision, on the basis of an amnesty. The author distinguishes administrative expulsion from such measures applied to foreign citizens as readmission and deportation.
