Administrative processes in the civil service

This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of administrative processes in the civil service system of the Russian Federation. The theoretical foundations, legal regulation, and practical aspects of implementing administrative procedures in the activities of civil servants are studied. Special attention is paid to the analysis of administrative and disciplinary responsibility of civil servants, their comparative characteristics and features of application. Modern trends in the development of administrative processes, problems of their improvement and prospects for modernization of the civil service system are considered. The article contains practical recommendations for optimizing administrative procedures and improving the efficiency of public administration.
