Administrative resource and its influence on the formation of electoral behavior

The article deals with the concept of administrative resource and its role both in the general system of management and in electoral processes in particular. The authors consider forms of its application, as well as the principle of dependence of the use of an administrative resource in the electoral process on the level of possible punishment and the absence of a real encouragement for the results of voting.
