In the article the structure of the lexico-semantic German adverbial group expressing indefinite temporal characteristics of events or actions is specified; the hierarchy of semantic signs in the semantic structure of adverbs expressing indefinite temporal characteristics of events or actions is established; the regularities of adverbial representation of different indefinite temporal characteristics are shown.
