In the modern legal community, the discussion about classifying issues of representation in courts as qualified legal assistance, which should be provided exclusively by lawyers, does not subside. However, it should be noted that society is not fully prepared for these transformations due to the lack of economic prerequisites and the difficulties in implementing this process today. It is also noted that obtaining a higher education in a legal specialty, which has a full range of competencies for practical activities, including in the courts, is of particular value. The solution to the problem of providing poor quality legal assistance is the creation of registers of unscrupulous lawyers.
