Information technologies in the sphere of proofs of traffic offences

N article the problem of providing an attorney-client privilege in modern realities is considered. The legislation insufficiently in details regulates the institute of an attorney-client privilege which is the guarantor of respect for the rights and interests of the citizens who addressed the attorney. Besides law enforcement problems, there are problems concerning moral and ethical aspects of activity of attorneys, in particular so far as concerns observance of rules of law and moral standards.
