Advocacy in the arbitration process of Russia and foreign countries

Within the framework of this article, an attempt is made to analyze the state of legislation that reinforces the functioning of the bar, special attention is paid to the participation of a lawyer in the arbitration process. Also, the authors identified a number of problems related to the activities of the Bar and, accordingly, proposals were made for their elimination. The structure of the legal profession of some foreign states has been studied.
