The author of this article concerns the procedure of transactions with the interested parties and disputed questions recognition of persons interested in the transaction, gives examples of arbitration practice. The trend of development of market relations between the companies shows the need for more precise legal settlement of bases for recognition persons affiliated, including for the protection the interests of shareholders, which determines the relevance of the issue.
