Afghanistan: political spring of the 2009 and forthcoming heated summer

The article is devoted to the contemporary situation in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in connection with forthcoming election campaign in this state. The main problem is the presence of the American and NATO's troops in the afghan territory and its military confrontation with the islamist Taliban movement. The material of the article is based on the personal impression of the author during the scientific mission to the country in March of 2009.
