The annotated list of 170 species of aphyllophoraceous fungi from National Park «Valdaisky» is provided. The list is based on coolections made by the author in September, 2011. 82 species are reported for the first time for the national park, 41 species - for the first time for the Norgorod Region and Sistotrema citriforme - for the first time for the Russia. Nine of the recorded species are protected in the Novgorod Region.
