Agency risks

The article deals with such Agency risk as the absence in the contract of conditions for the payment of VAT by one of the parties. If it does not follow from the contract and the circumstances that arose before its conclusion that the agent's remuneration does not include VAT, the court may recognize that it is consistent with the tax.
