Agile management and improvement of business communication infrastructure as ways to a shorter time to effective economic development

The article suggests to pay attention to the new directions in management and creation of business information support infrastructure, which can be in-demand in all the regions of the Russian Federation, since they can provide exchange of information about various problems and the ways of their solution in the business community. The authors consider the experience of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the implementation of innovative ideas relating to business development infrastructure. The authors believe there is a need to change the Russian model of economic management, and consider the agile management as an appropriate tool in this context.
