The article under discussion is devoted to the problems of electoral communication on the example of the State Duma elections on the 2nd of December 2007. Analysis of the agitation texts in Yaroslavl Region periodicals helps to reveal the unequal character of campaign participants in mass-media and define parties' communicative strategies.
