Agglomerative processes in development of athletics regional facilities

The article discusses the basic principles and boundary conditions of the athletics facilities development in the regional agglomerations of the Russian Federation. The functional relations between the aggregated objects have been revealed in the process of building up the regional athletics facilities: the social institutions, human capital asset of metropolis (agglomeration centers), average and small towns (suburbs zone). Based on the determinative methodology, the authors have offered the characteristics of the forms and levels of the state and private institutions collaboration when targeting the development of the fixed-capital assets of the physical training and sports.
