Agrarian history in the scholarly works by M. I. Rodnov

The article is devoted to the analysis of the scholarly works by M.I. Rodnov, a historian from Ufa who is specializing in agrarian history of South Urals in the early XX century. The author identifies several stages in the scholarly biography of M.Rodnov and estimates his contribution to the study of agrarian capitalism in one of the peripheral provinces of the Russian Empire.
