Agrarian evolution: the view of A.V. Chayanov

The publication highlights the main aspects of the scientific paradigm of A.V. Chayanov, based on the interpretation of objective patterns of the development of the agricultural sector during the period of the New Economic Policy in Russia. The formulation of the question and the authors’ justification for the evolution of Chayanov's position on this issue in the late 1920s are presented.
