Agricultural policy and environmental issues

The article considers the environmental aspects of agricultural policy. The author analyzes the achievements in the sphere of legal regulation of environmental problems, identifies the reasons that define the current challenges. On the base of the analysis, the article shows the need for radical change in the philosophy of agricultural policy to preserve natural agricultural resources for future generations.
