Agrarian policy of the Komunist Party of the Soviet Union and contradictions of the development of the Kuban's agrarian sector: analysis of the historic experience of 1945-1960

The article analyses the main features of the evolution of the agrarian sector of economy of Krasnodar Region during the period of 1945-1960; introduces the changes in the development of the economic mechanism; reveals their influence on the sociocultural cast of mind of the countryside population.
