Agrarian and industrial integration as a basis for development and transformations in the Dagestan village social structure in the 1970s

Based on archival and documentary materials the article establishes the value of agrarian and industrial integration in the social structure development of Dagestan rural society. This value is defined by the fact that, while deepening and strengthening relations between industry and agricultural industry, it creates the necessary conditions for differences elimination in the content and the nature of labor activity of the village workers and toilers, transformation of agricultural labor into industrial one. The author studies the progressive social transformations happened in agricultural industry of Dagestan in the 1970s and connected with the processes of agrarian and industrial integration. The relevance of the research is that this study allows the author to reveal regional specific features of social and economic development and comprehend modern social and economic processes of agrarian and industrial integration and improvement of the public relations in a village.
