Agrarian law of Russia: the concept, subject and method of legal regulation of agrarian legal relations

The research objective is to establish and analyze categorical concepts of agrarian law of the Russian Federation: the concept, subject and method of legal regulation of agrarian legal relationships. It is established that in its essence and content in obviously categorical concepts of modern Russian legal literature including agrarian and legal orientation there are doctrinally caused points of view not only duplicating, but sometimes directly contradicting each other. Earlier revealed evidence-based points of view of modern scientists-lawyers are logically explained and grouped, their legal analysis is submitted. Besides, the decision of all doctrinally applied and revealed problems is suggested and proved in the research. By the results of the research the following conclusions are drawn: 1) it is necessary to understand special type of the group of precepts of the law directed, in turn, on the regulation of agrarian legal relations as the Russian agrarian law; 2) agrarian legal relationship, i.e. different public relations directly connected thus with the activity of their subjects act as the subject of modern Russian agrarian law; 3) most of Russian lawyers recognize the status of complex branch of modern Russian law in this connection it is necessary to recognize behind the modern Russian agrarian law that to this right set of application enough methods of legal regulation, namely administrative and civil methods, i.e. the methods of contractual and mandative character various in essence has to be characteristic. The conclusions and provisions containing in the study qualitatively expand and supplement the sphere of scientific knowledge of the area of the theory and history of state and law and agrarian law.
