Agrarian sector of Russian economy in period of institutionalization of market relations

This article analyses the results of agrarian transformations of post-soviet period in the new for country market conditions, from the point of view of their economic and social consequences. Attempt to identify possible scenarios of development of the agriculture sector of the economy, while Russia's accession to the WTO; provides expert evaluation of the modernization process of the agrarian industry of Russia the leading domestic and for foreign specialists.
