In the forest-steppe of the south of Western Siberia, the influence of micro fertilizers and growth regulators on the agrochemical parameters of spring wheat Stolypinskaya 2 was studied. Growth regulators Biostim Start and Humate K, biological fertilizers Azotovite and Phosphatovite were studied. The average yield in 2021–2023 on meadow-chernozem soil was 3.60–3.85 t/ha (control 3.29 t/ha). The use of biological fertilizers and growth regulators affected the chemical composition of plants and the size of the NPK removal by spring wheat. Nitrogen and phosphorus are mainly removed by grain, and potassium by straw. When using biological preparations an increased total removal of elements from 1 ha was noted. The removal of N in the variant Azotovite + phosphatovite was 154.2 kg, P2O5 – 48.8 kg, K2O – 93.7 kg, and when using the complex Azotovite + phosphatovite + Humate K: N – 161.8 kg, P2O5 – 51.2 kg, K2O – 93.7 kg. These indicators significantly exceed the removal in the control: 129.3, 37.2 and 79.8 kg/ha, respectively. The use of biological products had a positive effect on the utilization rates of elements from the soil. Pre-sowing seed treatment led to a relative increase in P2O5 by 22–36%, K2O by 7–21%, and nitrate nitrogen consumption was at the same level. Agrochemical normative indicators were obtained for the cultivation of spring wheat plants: consumption for the creation of 1 ton of grain, with and without by-products, utilization coefficients of elements from the soil, the nitrogen amount in the current nitrification.
