Agroecological state of the agrophytocenosis of brewing barley varieties in the forest-steppe of Western Siberia

The results of studies on the assessment of productivity and quality of grain varieties of brewing barley of domestic and foreign breeding (Signal, Omskiy 90, Annabel, Xanadu, Beatrice) in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe zone of the Omsk Region are presented. The influence of barley varieties on the phytosanitary state of the agrophytocenosis, the structural elements and grain yield depending on the means of intensification (fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides and their complex application) has been established. The application of intensification means increased the photosynthetic leaf area in plants by 30.9% on average. Moreover, varieties of the barley of Siberian breeding exceeded their European counterparts as fir leaf area by 20.3-25.7%. The complex application of chemicalization means in barley crops contributed to the reduction of the water consumption coefficient from 118 to 93 mm/t of grain or 21.2% if compared to the control sample without chemicalization...
