Agroconsulting as a tool for development of agricultural consumer cooperation

The development of the cooperative movement in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is stimulated both by «initiative from below» and by measures of government support. At the same time, one of its effective forms is information and consulting support for agricultural consumer cooperatives, which is provided at all stages of the life cycle of these economic entities. The author analyzes the publications of scientists-economists, whose scientific interests are the issues of service support of the process of transfer of technologies by the subjects of agricultural consulting, as well as other economic aspects of the activities of cooperatives. Based on this analysis, the presence of barriers in the further development of cooperation was revealed, the overcoming of which is possible, including through high-quality consulting support. The practice of providing information and consulting support in the Omsk region in 2018-2020, which the author studied, made it possible to determine ten reasons for the advisability of consulting support for the activities of agricultural consumer cooperatives. The article reveals the features of consulting services, the users of which are cooperatives, in the context of the stages (stages) of their life cycle and the subjects of agricultural consulting providing these services. The result of the study was the identification of promising areas of information and consulting support for agricultural consumer cooperatives in the context of the intensification of the process of digital transformation of the agricultural economy.
