Aeroand mediacracy: war for the air. Trial of comparison

The article examines possible connection between the modern theory of media power (mediacracy) and the concept of aerial warfare developed by Italian strategist G. Douhet (aerocracy). The author emphasizes the commonality of both concepts, since they postulate the domination of air and have similar features such as offensive nature, universality, statement of boundaries obsolescence, large-scale involvement.
