In article akmeologichesky factors of overcoming social immaturity of the personality in the conditions of the 21st century are investigated. Such concepts as infantility, social immaturity, a maturity of the personality are described and compared. In detail the main criteria of a social maturity and immaturity of the personality are considered. The main criteria of a social maturity expressed in percentage terms are defined and key ways of overcoming social immaturity of the personality are emphasized.
