The article represents the results of the research of the phenomenon of axiological personality identification. After having acknowledged the mind and the reason as features of the human nature, we are facing with the axiological problems of the present. The axiological identification orientates a person to realize his destination in the world, to confirm willingness to a dialogue and may be regarded as a specific-spiritual human power, but not as an abstract notion.
