Axiological aspect (method) of determination and elimination of law-making errors in the Russian legislation

In this article the axiological aspect (method) of determining and eliminating law-making errors in the Russian legislation has been analysed. One of the reasons for appearance of law-making errors in the Russian legislation is lack of values manifestation in the rule of law. Legal values in modern Russia are urged: to become the basis for overcoming the virtuality of the positive law; to get the role of the basis for the legal status of the individual; to change the character of political rulemaking, thus becoming the constraint for the authorities.
