The axiological basis of law decisions in the sphere of child benefit

This article is devoted to the problem of the axiological basis of legislative and law enforcement decisions in defense of a child benefit in the case study of the latest draft law in sphere of criminal responsibility for pedophilia.The author proves that regulative law specification is often preceded by axiological law specification.
