Intensification of innovation activity of small manufacturing enterprises in implementation of regional industrial policy

The article views basic approaches, forms and methods of intensification of innovation activity of small manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of regional industrial policy. On the basic of his own classification of innovations in the activities of small manufacturing enterprises the author has developed a model of regional cluster construction based on stimulating cooperation and integration communications between industrial enterprises. In the format of the proposed cluster mode the author predicts possible scenarios of innovative modernization of regional production complex and gives recommendations on the implementation of their development strategy.
