Activating investment activity in industry

Factors promoting activating investment activity in Russia in the beginning of the XXI century as well as main forms of state influence on investment activity of industrial enterprises are considered in the article, efficiency of their application is analysed. The analysis of tendencies characterising investment activity in the domestic industry before the financial crisis of 2008 as well as in 2009 is also made. Measures promoting activating investment activity and increase of productivity are offered.
