Activization of youth research in the Ulyanovsk region

The article considered the problem of developing the youth science within a demographic decline. It justifies the need to involve a wide range of children and young people in scientific activities. The article describes the administrative and economic conditions for supporting innovation and scientific activity in the Ulyanovsk region. Statistical data on the dynamics of scientific activity of the region are systematized. The existing multi-level system of stimulating the scientific activity of children and young people is described.
