Active use of computer technology in teaching probabilistic and statistical disciplines in technical university

Бесплатный доступ

The efficiency of the use of personal computers in teaching probabilistic and statistical disciplines is proved. In this regard, it is proposed to organize computer workshops that include modeling and numerical experimentation while studying these disciplines. Such workshops visibly complement and illustrate mathematical theory by examples and actions. This approach fits well in the concept of active and interactive teaching and contribute to the emergence of the skills of independent scientific research
