The catalase activity of the ordinary chernozeme and effect of the anthropogenic factors on its level

, The effect of herbicides, fertilizers, and humic preparations on the activity of catalase in ordinary carbonate chernozem was studied in field and laboratory experiments. It was shown that treatment with the Granstar Pro herbicide at doses of 10-25 g/ha and the BIO-Don humic preparation at a dose of 2 l/ha contributed to an increase in catalase activity in the soil. The introduction of nitrogen fertilizer also caused an increase in catalase activity, but the introduction of superphosphate reduced it almost three times.
