The authors have estimated the effect of epofen preparation add-on to the ration on bull-calf immune status in case of increased soil pollution by 137Cs and stress action. The functional-metabolic activity of blood neutrophils and lymphocytes was determined. It was shown, that epofen addition to the ration of bulls-calf result in a rise of functional activity of host defenses at the increased special activity of 137Cs in feed, a growth of intake and reactivity of oxidize enzyme systems of blood neutrophils, and also a normalization of B-lymphocytes amount in blood, under the influence of transport and preslaughter stress the microbicide systems of neutrophils is activating that cause the raise of natural resistance and the decrease of immunoglobulin M concentration in blood serum.
